Big Feelings.
Bark-Sized Wisdom.

A new kind of story experience using lovable therapy dogs to help kids build confidence, empathy, and emotional skills.

Be the first to get Bark Buddies when we launch!

Meet the Bark Buddies

At Barkdale Elementary, five therapy dogs in training help kids through real-life moments—like friendship challenges, frustration, and building confidence.

These stories are designed to help kids understand their feelings in ways that actually make sense to them (and are fun to read)

From tricky friendships to big frustrations, each story shows how the Bark Buddies support kids in ways that feel real, relatable, and easy to understand.

Bark Buddies is being built alongside parents—starting simple, learning, and growing over time.

Why we started Bark Buddies

As parents, we’ve seen how big feelings can take over — and how hard it is to know what to say or do in those moments.

We wanted something simple.

Something character driven that kids would actually connect with.

Something that didn’t involve more screen time.

So after 15+ years working in education and behavioral health, we're starting Bark Buddies
